I was working on filing. I entered my personal info but was locked out when I got to income.
What version of TurboTax are you using?
If you are using the online version, try closing TurboTax, clearing cookies in your browser and signing back in and/or using a different browser.
If you are using a desktop version of the software, be sure you have the latest update. Log out, restart your computer and log back in.
