Can you help me fill out Form 8379 and tell me where to mail it?

If you've already filed and your return has been accepted, you will have to mail the form to the IRS using TurboTax to create the form. Injured Spouse Form 8379 is mailed to the IRS center location where you live. Please use below link (you'll select your state) for the address: https://www.irs.gov/uac/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment

If you are using TurboTax Online, sign in and make sure you have selected Tax Home. Select Show next to Your tax returns & documents, choose the year you want to file the form for, then select Amend (change) return.
