Can you help me? a format problem prevents me from filing. turbotax review says i have no errors, but, i can't file. please help.

NY state returns cannot be US mailed. Efiling is req'd. If I can't resolve this problem I will never buy TTax again.

you can certainly mail a NY state return. visit their tax website where you will find the mailing address to use..
