There is no phone support for free unless you upgrade to PLUS.

HELP! I cannot log in. I've used TurboTax for several years and never had a problem with the website. I've changed my password, verified my user name, everything, but I keep getting kicked back to the login screen. I really need to get my taxes filed!!

Make sure all other browser tabs are closed and the login page is the only one you have open

then....

A few people have had success simply by using a different Browser.
