We cannot see your screen or your tax return; we do not know what it is telling you to retry. Please explain.
The screen as soon as I log in brings up my info from last year. Every time I hit continue it hide me a retry message. Been seeing the message for days now by partner doesn’t get that message & it lets her continue on
Here are a few things to try to see if one will make a difference:
Have you emptied your browser's cache and cookies?
Or try using the browser in a private window (private browsing, a.k.a. incognito mode).
If that doesn't work, do you have a second browser you can try?
If you're using a VPN, try without the VPN.
Try rebooting your entire system--modem, router, computer.
If using wireless connection, can you try a wired Ethernet connection?
