Can you enter an amount from Box 4 on a 1099-INT?

I need to add an amount in Box 4 from my 1099-INT, where do you do that?

On the screen where you enter the 1099-INT check the box below box 3 that says "My form has info in other boxes." Then it will give you a place to enter box 4.
