Can we claim our 22-year-old daughter who is a full-time college student we support/lives with us but has grossed over $5,000, as a dependent on our tax return?

Yes, because she is under 24 and a full time student (her income is no factor because of this), lived with you more than 6 months, did not provide more than half of her own support and does not file a joint return (if married)
