Can turbotax show me how much estimated state and federal taxes I owe after I have already filed? Turbotax did not suggest I pay estimated tax but I am 1099 so I do owe.

Yes go back to the TurboTax file and you should actually print the returns, but there will be a payment voucher for the Federal and state that will show you the amount you owe.

If you cannot be get back in for some reason, click on "add state" and this will let you back into the file.
