Can Turbotax quickly cancel my Turbotax order?

I have been online fir over an hour trying to cancel my Turbotax Order.  You could have avoided all the Free File complaints by plainly listing what tax changes would affect your Free File service. Proof of Health coverage forms is a perfect example.

I tried fixing my order because the other said I owe 25 and you guys said I owe way more but you wouldn't let me change it I want my refund back

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  You can have a discussion about your fees with customer support.  Use the word "billing"--not "refund."

if you were upgraded to a version with a fee you are not using the IRS Free File version. Don't pay .
