Can TurboTax please issue a partial refund? I was charged for the self-employed 2022 when I shouldn't have been. I did not enter any self-employed information this year.

There was no option to downgrade throughout the process and I did not catch this until AFTER I saw the charge on my bank statement. I cannot reach anyone from TurboTax to help out and all of the articles help people who haven't checked out yet.
