Sorry no. You will have to start a 3rd account or new return and enter everything again.
Or you can use one of the MFS returns and change it to Joint and add all the other person to it. If you are using the Desktop program you can copy a MFS return with another name and make it Joint so at least you only have to re-enter the other person. For Mac Desktop go to File-Duplicate.
