You need to file the last 3 years of tax returns and the last 6 years for FBARs.(Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts).

Generally, unless you have a lot of outside income, you will not end up owing very much in the way of US taxes due to the foreign earned income exclusion and foreign tax credits.
I would suggest that you work with a tax firm that handles expat returns to help you get up to date on your US filing requirements.
