Can't upgrade even though it tells me to. All versions are greyed out but the individual business. I'm retired! What is wrong with TurboTax?

Your post indicates that you're already in the Premier version of TurboTax Online. That's why the only other upgrade option is the Self-Employed version.

Did you receive any 1099-MISC income?

You can downgrade your TurboTax Online version as long as you haven't yet made payment by using the "Clear and Start Over" feature. Just keep in mind that all data entry will be deleted. See the instructions below.
