Can’t send my state tax? He say me to send it by cause I just clear or the delete the form before I send it ?!!

Can you clarify your question? Did an agent here ask you for a token to look at the return? 

Are you asking something else?

You do not want to clear your return unless you want to start all over with it.

The first time I try to make my taxe before I send it I just send it by mistake and when I do it again my state taxes won’t be able to send electronically and tell me to print and mail it by mail.my federal taxe was always accepted
