Can't open forms

OK - I've trashed my TurboTax 2024 program, reinstalled it, removed all the stuff Intuit says to remove from Library, etc. But I still can not open my forms. The forms icon does absolutely nothing. Clicking on "Forms" in the menu line does nothing. Frustrating. My internet connection is just peachy. Anyone have any suggestions?
