Sounds like something got stuck. You can try these things:
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
Hi, thanks for the reply. I was able to solve the issue by clicking around (amend my taxes, then the tabs on the left was able to show up, clicked on "Tax Home", and started this year's return).
I did:
- delete/clear all history, cache, and cookies
- use incognito mode
- use different browers
- use different devices (pc, android, apple- ipad)
- I was able file my mom's return on turbotax online with no issues, and I can log back into her account before and after, but my account was still "stuck."
- I also have been filing her returns previous years with the same device I use mine to file. This is the first time I'm getting stuck in turbotax.
Hopefully, the glitch gets fixed soon. Thank you again.
