Can't load Home&Business because Premier previously installed?

I purchased Premier and started it, then realized that my past year used Home&Business.

I puchased Home&Business and it won't install.  It re-installs Premier. 

How can I get it to install Home&Business?

It won't ask me for the purchase code.

Oh  you really didn't need to buy Home & Business.   You could have used Premier.  All the Desktop programs have the same forms.  But you can activate a second program. Under Help - Switch Product - Activate new product. Don't know what that will do or what benefit you will get. Don't think it will allow you to efile more than 5.
