Can't import form from Etrade

I tried to import my forms from Etrade
have enabled data security for third party in Etrade and I 100% sure user/pass are correct,

but turbotax didn't import it, it has a sound and then nothing happened, no error message.

Could you please let me know what is wrong or how to check error message of it? Thx

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.
