Can't get the download version of Deluxe. Getting a "whoops" message. Thoughts?

Message - Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again.  Rebooted computer.  Tried in IE and Chrome.

Can't get the download version of Deluxe. Getting a "whoops" message. Thoughts?

This error message is sometimes resolved by clearing out your cache and cookies on your internet browser. I've included instructions for both below:

Unfortunately, clearing my cache and cookies did not resolve the issue.  Again tried both IE and Chrome.
