I filed my taxes last year and I made a new account because I couldnt get into my old one. I only have one email which is now connected to my new account, wouldnt they send me a notification saying that the email was already in use or something? I' just not getting any help from turbo tax and i dont have the extra money to get the premium version to talk to an actual person.

I've had this issue before and I can tell you what worked for me.
If it's the same email that was used on TurboTax in previous years then while logged in with said email, you should be able to view your Account Overview via the tab menu in the top left corner of your browser.
After you are directed to the page, scroll to the bottom where you should see a series of buttons with years labeled on them.
You should be able to click on the desired year and see the corresponding return for that year.
