can't finish filing turbotax

Just prior to filing I am asked whether I want to pay for my state tax filing with my credit card or from my refund. I am not getting a refund and so I select credit card. when activated, it asks me to make a copy of my return. Then whether I save a copy (again) or select "cancel", I still do not get to a credit card info page AND I am prevented from completing filing. Please Help!

BTW the $24.99 charge is for filing a single state return, which I thought was included free
