Can't enter direct deposit information because I'm not owed a refund! Help?

I had to wait months (I live abroad) to get my last two stimulus checks. I'd like to get direct deposit this time around. 

The problem is that I owe taxes. I have an obligation to pay, but I am not owed a refund. Thus, there's no section in my TurboTax free file for me to input my direct deposit information.

What can I do to get the IRS my direct deposit information? 

If I opt to pay my taxes by transferring from my checking account, would that suffice?

The IRS will send the  $1400 to the bank info they have.
