Can't efile due to schedule 1 not updated for 2019 who to correct this?

Schedule 1 for a federal tax return or Schedule 1 for a state tax return?  If state, which state?

I have the same issue, my state is Wisconsin. I know this is an error because my coworkers have already filed. The fact that turbotax is trying to extort more money from me to talk to an actual customer service rep is complete and utter bulls***.
