Can't efile because TurboTax wants a CUSIP #

At the final check in e file TurboTax wants a CUSIP # for my 1099INT. My 1099 has no number and it is just simple interest. Never in the past have I needed this and past forms did not have the CUSIP # either.

How can i fix this?

TurboTax will ask for a lot of information when you enter your 1099-INT. Enter the information that is on your form and leave the rest blank.

Where do I enter Form 1099-INT?

Is there a way to prove I filed? The IRS says I didn’t file in 2023, but I did, using Turbotax. I have the transaction in my bank account, I’m not sure what to do?
