Can't download Turbotax

Hello,

I've been trying to install the turbotax software I've acquired but I cannot download it. When I got it from the turbotax website I did not receive I license key via email and I cannot download it from the store page.

Can anyone help me with this?

p.s. I cannot make a call to the help line as moved out of the country.

Yes I am. 

When I log into https://accounts.intuit.com/ it's more or less the same story

I am sorry but your screenshot does not look at all familiar to me nor is it anywhere close to what I am seeing when I log in. 

It appears as if you're using the online version of TurboTax and are now amending?

You might want to contact Support.

Yes, I am trying to amend but the issue I'm having is with downloading the actual software. Even in emails when i got the software I was supposed to get a license code/key but I did not get one.
