I have TT desk top premier and it only beeps when I try to connect with Morgan Stanley Wealthmanagement. All the settings are correct and MS says there is no problem on their end.
I tested it with Quicken which is also a Intuit product and it connects fine. The help desk for TT checked out everything for an hour on my end and concluded it is a TT software problem. But TT has no response to this problem and I see this issue has been around for at least 3 weeks.

There is a third party data sharing setting that you need to ensure is turned on.
You can find that by going to the My Profile tab in your Morgan Stanley account and looking for Security Settings. Here you will see manage third party data sharing. Set that to Yes and try again.
3rd party is NOT the problem. MS has confirmed that the third party setting works . I also checked and there is no problem with importing MS with Quicken software. The problem has already been shown via the TT help desk person that the problem is with the TT software not the way my mac is set up or how the MS is configured. We seem to be going in circles with TT.
There was an update last night that MAY have solved your issue. Make sure you have the most updated software and try again.
