Can't add a add'l 1099 Int. to my Turbo Tax return! What the hell?

Hi Communtity, 

Help! Finished my 2025 return "Home & Business" did not file yet, found a missing 1099 INT I had to enter, tried entering  within "+add investments" and I get a BLANK PAGE!  How is this possible? Software issue? Totally frustrating!  BAD TurboTax! I signed in and out 5 times, no change..........

If you are using TurboTax Online, try clearing your cache and cookies and/or using a different browser.

Thank you for your response , I am using Home and Business 2025 , desktop Mac , not online, anyway I quit my return, then reopened, updated state, then I found this to be the fix however i could not get Acorns Securities to down load 1099 INT ,had to enter manually. Fixed!
