Can someone tell me why it’s saying I owe $11,000

No one else can see your tax return.  Have you checked all of the amounts you entered from the boxes on your W-2's and made sure you did not add zeros or misplace decimal points somewhere?

Yeah so I just took a picture of my w2  like turbo tax asked and filled everything out and at the end it’s saying “MA tax owed $11,710 “ or something like that? I’m really confused how I can owe that much money this has never happened

If you entered your W-2 by snapping a photo----CHECK EVERY BOX that was entered.   Sometimes the "snap a photo" method goes wacky----check it very carefully and make corrections by hand if anything went in incorrectly.
