Can someone please be clear as to how we can submit Federal without filing state? The responses you guys are providing, is not an option. I already paid to file both.

1. Open your TT return.
2. Go to the File tab.
3. When you get to the Here are your filing options screen, select Change next to your state return.
4. On the the Change filing method screen, select I'm not ready to file and Save.

That "filing option page" isn't not an option. I've gone through this countless times and I have not come across that page!
