Can someone help with filing back taxes from 2023 on here?

I have an issue I created myself but I have to fix this as quicklyas I can. I'll try to explain without making it a book to read. In 2022 I ended getting a better paying job but I never considered I'd have to pay almost $2,000 in on a $45,000 or less a year income. I had my 17 year old daughter as a dependent so it credited $500 bringing what I owe down but it's still a lot to me. I naively decided to wait on filing due to owing in. Well, 2023 comes along and I still need 2022 filed. I start the process for 2023 but at one point it asked for a PIN to finish 2022? I can't remember exactly but I had a tough time figuring that out and gave up filing that year too. I got very overwhelmed and my mental health screws with me causing me to push it off and worry rather than facing it. I'm scared guys and gals! I know there's penalties and I still struggle financially but I need this fixed. My w-2s are all just straight up w-2s except for this year since I drove for Door Dash a little bit. I paid in $75 extra on my state and $75 extra on my federal so I wouldn't be in this mess again as far as paying in. I think I've accused enough to make a substantial payment towards it from the refund I'd get this year. My projected refund so far for state is $667 and federal is around $1,600. I didn't owe last year either and was going to let that go to the back taxes as well. I'm so afraid I'm going to be in some kind of tax evading trouble when it's literally me just being very overwhelmed and confused on my next steps. I've never had any issues in the past either. Do I mail both my 2022 and 2023 in at the same time, or separate them and send at the same time? Also, I donr know how to access my 2023 since I never completed it. I completed 2022 on TaxAct and have it printed but I need my 2023 to finish 2024. Please help I'm so lost on it.
