Can someone help? Reviewing my return before submitting when I got an error message & to try back later. What can I do next?

I tried longing out and then logging back in but have now lost my entire return! Tried downloading the desk top for 2024 but it is not available. What to do next?

Download the tax data file for the 2024 return from the online editions.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download .tax file

Then purchase and download one of the 2024 TurboTax desktop editions to install on a personal computer from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

Start the 2024 desktop program.

Click on File at the upper left of the desktop program screen.

Click on Open Tax Return.  Browse to the location where you downloaded the 2024 tax data file.

Continue and complete the 2024 return.

A 2024 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.
