Can someone help me finish my taxes?

No one can see your screen or your tax return.   If you have entered all of your information, then you need to go through all the steps of the FILE section in order to choose how to get your refund and to e-file.  There is no physical signature when you e-file.   You have to "sign" electronically by entering your 2023 AGI from line 11 of your 2023 tax return, and you will finally click a big orange button that says "Transmit my returns now" in order to e-file.   You have not filed until you click that orange button.

To enter how you want to get your refund:

You have to go to Step 2 in the FILE section.

HOW TO CHANGE OR ENTER BANKING INFORMATION FOR REFUND

You cannot  change banking information while your return is in pending, nor can you change it after the return is accepted.  The IRS does not allow it.

When you e-file your return you will get two emails from TurboTax.  The first one will say your return has been transmitted; the second one will tell you the IRS has accepted  or rejected your federal e-file.  If you filed a state return, there will be a third email (usually a day or two later) that tells you if the state e-file was accepted or rejected.
