@andr611283 the online version of TT only accomodates 2022 at this point.
You will need to purchase the CD/ download version for use on a laptop. There is no app for the phone.

If the 2021 return was rejected then you should NOT amend it ... all you need to do is print, ink sign and mail it in. Save the PDF of the completed return and print off the returns only ... do not print any of the worksheets as they don't go to the feds/state.

Do NOT click on anything that says "amend." Amending is a special process you use only for a return that has been filed and fully processed with missing information or mistakes. You do not amend a rejected return, since the IRS has never received it or processed it in the first place. If your 2021 return was rejected when you tried to e-file it, then the only way you can file it now is by mail. E-filing for 2021 returns has been permanently closed since mid-October of 2022. That return now has to be printed, signed and mailed. If you want to print it just as it is, then print it and mail it in.
If you need to make any sort of corrections or add any information, you can only do so by using the CD/download software on a full PC or Mac, and then you have to file it by mail.
You will be able to access the return you started by using the exact same account and user ID that you used when you started it. But you can no longer use online software for any further changes.
Start a 2022 return and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and allows you to access your 2021 return.
Online tax preparation and e-filing for 2021returns is now permanently closed.
Now it is too late to use online software or to e-file. If you have any changes/corrections at all to make to your 2021 return, you now have to complete it using desktop software, which you must download to a full PC or Mac (not to a mobile device). Then you need to print, sign and mail it.
If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.
They are available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time

If you are getting a refund, there is no penalty for filing late. If you owe tax due, then file and pay the amount due as shown on the Form 1040, but expect a bill later from the IRS for the penalty and interest you will owe. Only the IRS will calculate this—TurboTax will not calculate it.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
