Can someone file taxes who hasn't filed them in 3 years.

If someone didn't file taxes for the past 3 years, can they do so now using Turbo tax?

We have products that will allow them to file their prior year returns but those must be mailed. Only the current year (2017) can be filed online. They can also go ahead and file their 2017 return.
