I’ve been having the same issue the past 4 days , my expert continues to ask me to complete the check out but it’s still not checking me out despite the 100th tries I’ve E-filed . I’m getting pretty frustrated and no one’s helping . I hope we get answers soon.
Are you requesting to pay TurboTax with your Refund? If so, Some customers are experiencing issues when trying to file and pay with their refund. We are investigating this issue. However, if you would prefer to file now, you can do so by switching to pay your TurboTax fees with a credit card instead of using the pay with my refund option by following these steps.
If you select Pay with My Refund to pay your TurboTax fees, there’s an additional $40 processing fee charged by the third-party bank that handles the transaction.
If this does not apply, and you're using TurboTax Online, you can clear your Cache and Cookies and retry your payment.
If this doesn't resolve your issue, you can Contact TurboTax Support and reference 'Billing' in your request.
Literally having the same issue for 2 days straight
I already switched to credit card and IT WILL WON'T FILE MY TAXES.
looks like this issue is almost a week old and TURBO TAX still won't fix =....
so now you have my money & I STILL CAN'T FILE.
Looks like TT & Quickbooks want to have ANOTHER LAWSUIT on their hands.

Been having the same issue for over two weeks now. It took them almost this entire time to finally tell me there was a bug instead of continously telling me I was doing something wrong. Then to suggest we have to pay out of pocket to potentially fix the glitch is crazy to me. Yall should be doing away with our fileing fees at the point not trying to get us to pay your fees upfront lol.

Yup I’m still having the same issue , I’ve been having this issue since the get go Jan 21, I was well aware the IRS wasn’t accepting until the 26 but wanted a head start , I’ve tried leaving my full experience with my expert and I keep getting told “we are finishing it up today” and get no response throughout the next 2 days . I’m upset because I cannot leave the experience and file somewhere else because of my information already being almost submitted . The “higher ups” are not help either , it’s the same answer every single day and I’m over it . First and last time I ever file with TurboTax this is just HORRIBLE.

Same issue with me. No hep from TurboTax with their issue in the software for disaster relief forms. But TurboTax did take my money but software won’t allow me to submit…and guess what they won’t provide me a refund of what I paid to attempt to use the service.
Form 8915 is ready, so you can step through the 1099-R and follow-up questions in the interview again. If you're using TurboTax Desktop, be sure your program is updated. If using TurboTax Online, clear your Cache and Cookies first.
