Can Rodan and Fields required purchases and website maintenance fees be deducted?

Required purchases can be deducted as supplies or marketing expenses and maintenance fees as professional fees.

What about the portion of the required monthly purchases that you use personally? I saw an answer elsewhere in this community that says that is not deductible.
