Can not start my 2023 return because turbotax goes to the "Your tax returns & documents" screen as soon as I log in. It seems to skip the home screen. I think it's a bug.

I tried three different web browsers and also tried clearing my cookies. There's essentially no way for me to start my 2023 tax return (I got an extension). The only page I can access is the history page for my previous year's returns.

Maybe because you already started it to do the extension? Do you see Add a State anywhere? Click on that to get back in.
