Can not file my taxes

I have tried several times to file my taxes your system will not let me. I have submitted a request and still can not file my taxes I need this fixed. You have a copy of my ID a new phone # and email even though I would have like to keep my old email .I have done it all if you need to reach me give me a call . Please fix this problem ASAP thank you. Mrs. Smith

Some returns simply can't be e-filed or keep getting rejected even though there may not be anything wrong with them.

I paid you but I cannot finish filing. It’s says I have to wait for a form from the IRS. What form and when am I getting it?

I’ve paid for everything and every time I go to submit my taxes it says there’s an error. It says “Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available.”

This could be due to forms not being available. You can monitor the forms availability here.
