I was not able to access my previous year tax return even though I used Turbotax to file.
I received a reply with incorrect instruction on how to access my previous year tax return. As I had previously stated all that is in my account is an uploaded W2. Moreover, the instructions provided do not represent what I see in my account, meaning the navigating instructions are not relevant because they are not available in my account.
I located info. that would allow me to efile v. mail and I cannot make that change in my 2023 filing.
I cannot reach a representative WITHOUT PAYING MORE. YOU SERVICE IS ALREADY EXPENSIVE AND YOU AE HOLDING MY PREVIOUS TAX FILINGS HOSTAGE. THERE IS AN ISSUE ON YOUR SIDE WITH OUR ACCOUNTS. MOREOVER, IT IS NOT INTUITIVE ON HOW TO MODIFY OUR TAX RETURN TO EFILE V. MAIL.
