Can my son (20 yr) and myself (59) who live with my mother (86), she will claim us as dependents, file our own 1040ez?

Do you have gross income of $4,050 or more?  Is your son a full time student?  If not does he have gross income of $4,050 or more?

Yes, as long as you meet the qualifications to file a 1040EZ (see TurboTax FAQ below).  Also, be sure to indicate that you are being claimed as a dependent by someone else.
