Can my mom still claim me if I am 24, earned $10K, did not go to school, and lived at home all year with mom providing more than 50% of living expenses?

No.   You earned over 5,200 and was not a full time student.

No, you cannot be claimed as anyone else's dependent.   You are too old to be a "qualifying child" and made too much income to be a "qualifying relative."
