yes, provided you have the Cd with BOTH the mac version and the windows version of the program.

Yes.  You can complete as many tax returns as you need with the desktop edition installed on a computer that you own.  There are 5 free federal e-files included with the program (limited by IRS rules).  Any tax returns over 5 can be printed and mailed.
