Can my boyfriend claim my son if he provided for him all year even though my sob is listed on my return
me and my boyfriend didn't live together and he is not the biological father of my son, his father is absent, but he provided everything for my son all year, my son is listed on my taxes, is my boyfriend allowed to claim him on his taxes even though he isn't his dad and we didn't live together?

If you have claimed your son on your tax return, your boyfriend cannot claim him. A person can only be a dependent on one tax return.
