Can my 23 year old daughter claim part of my 1095 since she was on my ACA policy for the year? She reimbursed me during the year for her part of med insurance.

But how do I do that on Turbo Tax? Do I alter the 1095-A and use 2/3 for my return and then my daughter use 1/3 for her return?

Yes, even if she did not reimburse you. Any shared policy can be allocated between persons who are not on the same tax return. You can allocate between yourselves in any amount you choose as long as the percentages add up to 100%.

Yes.
You can indicate that you shared the policy and prorate.  The pro-rations must add up to 100%. You can also click on the blue link.  What percentage of the following policy amounts do you want to claim on your tax return?  See "How do I figure out these percentages?" when you get to that screen.
Child/Children on another tax return
If you share a policy with someone who is claimed on another tax return (usually a child), you can take the number of people on your tax return who are covered on that plan and divide it by the total number of people on the plan. This would be your percentage of premiums, SLCSP and advanced payment of the premium tax credit, unless you agreed on a different number beforehand.

Your Advanced payment of PTC Percentage? What number do I use here if I'm claiming 67% and my daughter is claiming 33%
