Can My 20 year old daughter a full-time student and a part-time job that made 7500 for 2017 can she be my depend

Yes, she can if she doesn't provide more than half of her own support.
Items that are considered in calculating support include amounts spent to pay for the following:
  • Food
  • Lodging (rental value)
  • Clothing
  • Education
  • Medical and dental care
  • Recreation
  • Transportation
For purposes of the qualifying child support test, scholarships received by children who are students are not taken into account in determining whether the child provided more than half of his or her own support.
