Probably not.  When did you get divorced?  If you were not married on Dec 31, 2022  you each file Single.  Or maybe one of you can file Head of Household if you have a child.

It depends; you can no longer claim married filing joint for the year your divorce decree is finalized.  If your divorce has not been finalized, you may still be eligible to file as married filing jointly.  

As volvogirl stated, at the end of the year, if your divorce decree is final, you would claim single, or if you can claim a dependent, you may be able to claim head of household.
