I suspect the answer would be in the negative (that expert may no longer be with the company), but you can contact Support to confirm.

I agree with Champ tagteam.  The "experts' are seasonal workers.  No telling if the same workers will be available for the upcoming tax season or not, and it is doubtful that you get to "pick" your tax expert.
