Can l created the new IRS PIN number

I see you posted 5 digits in your question above, so is that the type of PIN that you are referring to?   Are you referring to the 5-digit efiling PIN also known as a "signing PIN", which is on the same signing screen that also has you enter today's date and your birth date?    If so, you can use a different one each year if you want.   You can also use the same as last year if you saved it.   The page that asks for the 5-digit PIN will tell you that you can use any 5-digits of your choice, except it cannot be all zeros.

 

On the other hand, if you are referring to a 6-digit IP PIN (Identity Protection PIN) from the IRS, and are required to use one, then you have to have a new one every calendar year.   If you are required by the IRS to use a 6-digit IP PIN, and if you didn't get a letter with the new IP PIN, you can retrieve it from your online account at the IRS:
