You can include the sales tax on almost any items used for home renovation or construction that you paid sales tax on, if they become a permanent and physical part of the structure. See this help article for more information about major purchases.
Remember that this is an Itemized Deduction on Schedule A, and if the income taxes you paid are larger than the sales tax deduction, that will be used instead; you can't claim both, unfortunately. Also, under current law, Federal deductions for state and local taxes are limited to $10,000.
