Can I with your product file a joint married return when I had ACA and retired and my wife had insurance thru her employer? If so which product?

Absolutely, you may be eligible for the free product based on the information you provided you should be eligible to use TurboTax Free Edition.

If you have deductions you planned to itemize you would need to upgrade to Deluxe or if you have investment income you would need to choose Premier.
